Human induced mesenchymal stem cells (iMSCs) are mesenchymal‑like cells generated from Tempo’s proprietary human iPSC platform, rather than isolated directly from donor tissues.
Mesenchymal stem cells are non‑hematopoietic, multipotent stromal cells that can differentiate into multiple lineages (including osteoblasts, chondrocytes, myocytes, and adipocytes) and are known for their immunomodulatory features and rich secretome.

Nanoparticle Tracking Analysis (NTA) system uses a fluorescent molecule to track the exosomes secreted by the TempoOmes™-iMSC cells in real-time: size distribution: 172 +/- 2.8 nm; 101.94 +/- 1.38 particles per frame.
